Account, billing and support
This page gathers operational questions that tend to come up once ZeroChats is already running: account access, billing, support, team permissions and conversation data.
Profile and login email
Section titled “Profile and login email”From Profile you can review the basic details and options available for your user. This is also where the link to cancel your subscription lives, at the bottom of the page: that link takes you to the Cancel subscription button.
If you need to change the email you use to sign in and you do not see a direct option in the panel, open a support ticket. The team should validate the change to avoid leaving the account or its businesses without access.
Invoices, payment method and subscription
Section titled “Invoices, payment method and subscription”Billing is managed from Subscription:
- If you do not have an active plan yet, you will see the pricing table to subscribe.
- If you already have an active subscription, the panel sends you to Stripe’s secure billing portal.
- From Stripe’s portal you can update the payment method, change your plan, and view or download your subscription invoices.
For included credits, extra packs and credit reset behavior, see Credits, plans and subscription.
Support
Section titled “Support”In Support you can create a ticket and attach files when the team needs to review a specific case.
Always include:
- Which business is affected.
- Which channel fails: Instagram, WhatsApp, comments, Calendly, GoHighLevel, etc.
- A concrete lead, message or moment where it happened.
- Screenshots or files if they help reproduce the issue.
Affiliate program
Section titled “Affiliate program”ZeroChats has an affiliate program for people who recommend the tool. It runs on a separate portal, with its own sign-up and its own dashboard.
To get in, open your account menu (top right) and click Affiliates. There’s also a shortcut in the dashboard header.
That portal is where you’ll find your referral link, the tracking of the sign-ups you bring in, and the status of your commissions.
Team access
Section titled “Team access”The owner of a business can share it with other people so they can operate or review it, inviting them by email or via a share link, with permissions by category (conversations, configuration, and analysis). It’s managed from Settings › Share business. See the step-by-step in Share a business.
Best practices:
- Share access only with people who need to operate or review that business.
- Adjust each person’s permissions to what they need: conversations, configuration or analysis.
- To remove access, remove the user or regenerate the link from the share dialog.
Exporting or analyzing conversations
Section titled “Exporting or analyzing conversations”You can review conversations from the leads view and use statistics/reports to analyze performance, objections and conversions.
If you need a bulk export or a specific format for external analysis, open a support ticket and include the business, date range and purpose. Do not assume every export is available automatically from the panel.
External integrations and automations
Section titled “External integrations and automations”The documented native integrations are Instagram, WhatsApp, Calendly, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Meta Pixel and MCP when available for your plan or account.
For tools like Zapier, Make, ManyChat, external forms or custom webhooks:
- Avoid connecting two automations that reply to the same comment or DM at the same time.
- If you use ManyChat together with ZeroChats, pay special attention to message and comment routing.
- For custom automations, check with support first or use MCP if your use case fits the supported actions.
