Tags — automatic lead classification

Tags (custom labels) categorize leads based on the conversation. The AI adds them automatically as the conversation progresses, without you having to assign them by hand.

The AI re-evaluates the conversation and applies tags as signals matching their description appear.

In the dashboard they appear as Custom tags and are managed from the business configuration.

  1. Create a tag with a clear name and description. Example:
    • Name: Interested in Premium.
    • Description: The lead has shown explicit interest in the premium plan or has asked for its terms.
  2. The AI reads each tag’s description and the conversation, and decides which ones apply.
  3. Tags are updated automatically as the conversation evolves.
  4. Optionally, enable Send notification when this tag is assigned to get an alert by email or SMS every time the AI assigns it to a lead. Extra recipients are managed in the business configuration.

ZeroChats includes a predefined tag ready to use:

  • Hot: leads that are very close to making a purchase or have requested prices or specific details.

You can edit it, delete it or complement it with your own tags.

  • Filter and search leads in the dashboard.
  • Get a quick view of the state of your lead base.
  • Trigger notifications when a specific tag is assigned.
