What is ZeroChats?
ZeroChats replaces your setters with an AI agent that talks to your leads on Instagram and WhatsApp Business the way you would. It doesn’t just reply to DMs: it also classifies the lead by stage, sends the right content, books calls, tags conversations and re-engages anyone who goes silent — all within Meta’s rules.
How a conversation works

- ZeroChats receives the message and loads the previous context.
- The AI uses the conversation and the business context to generate a reply.
- It produces a short, natural response aligned with your agent’s prompt.
- It sends it with a small configurable delay so it feels like a person.
States a lead goes through
Section titled “States a lead goes through”ZeroChats tags every lead with a state and moves them automatically based on the transition conditions you define:

| Discovering | Active conversation, lead just entered or re-engaged. |
| Qualifying | The AI started asking qualification questions. |
| Proposal | A sales link was sent — the lead is a potential customer. |
| Booked | The lead confirmed an appointment. |
| Client | The lead confirmed payment. |
| Unqualified | The AI decides not to continue; returns to Discovering if the lead writes again. |
| Lost | More than 24h without messages; returns to Discovering if they reply. |
| Open | The business started the conversation and there’s no reply yet. |
| Postponed | The lead asked to be contacted later; no follow-ups or automatic move to lost. |

Instagram and WhatsApp only allow outbound messages within the 22 hours after the lead’s last message.
Conversation memory
