Sales links
What it is
Section titled “What it is”Sales links are the key URLs (or texts) the AI shares with leads to move them toward conversion. Booking page, checkout, signup form, discount coupon, or any call to action that closes the conversation.
Unlike Content, which are file attachments (image, audio, video), sales links travel inside the body of the message.
How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”Add a sales link
Section titled “Add a sales link”From the Sales links tab, click Add sales link and fill in the dialog:

| Name | Identifies the link. E.g.: Book a meeting, link to buy a product, etc. |
| Text or link | The exact link or text the AI will send to the lead (can be a URL, a coupon, a sentence, etc.). |
| Sales Instructions | Describe when to send it, what type of customer, and what user responses should trigger sending it, so the AI knows who to send it to and when. |
| AI Agents | Select which AI Agents have access to this sales link. |
Click Save. The link appears in the table with its assigned agents and the Edit and Delete actions.
Rules the AI follows
Section titled “Rules the AI follows”- It never sends a sales link without the lead confirming they want it.
- Before sharing it, the AI explains what it’s for.
- It only recommends links relevant to that conversation: it doesn’t dump them all at once.
- Every time a sales link is sent, ZeroChats logs it and the lead moves to the Lead state inside the funnel.
Automatic booking
Section titled “Automatic booking”Beyond manual links, sales links integrate with calendars so the AI books meetings on its own. Click Book Automatically to open the Automatic Booking dialog.
Calendly
Section titled “Calendly”- Click Connect with Calendly and authorize the account.
- In Select Event Type, choose the event the AI will be able to offer.
- Write the Booking Condition (e.g.: “When the lead shows interest in a demo” or “After the lead asks about pricing and availability”). The AI will use this condition to decide when to propose the meeting.
- Save Event.
- We recommend Test integration before activating it in production.
GoHighLevel
Section titled “GoHighLevel”From the GoHighLevel tab of the same dialog:
- Connect your GoHighLevel account from Settings if you haven’t already.
- Select Calendar from those available in your GHL location.
- Define the Scheduling Condition that will trigger the meeting offer.
- Save Calendar and, if you wish, Test Integration.
Time zone
Section titled “Time zone”Make sure you have the correct time zone configured in your business settings to avoid problems with the times shown to the lead.
State Transition Conditions
Section titled “State Transition Conditions”Sales links are connected to the lead funnel. From State Transition Conditions you define, in natural language, when a lead moves from one state to another:

| Booked | Default: When they confirm they have booked. |
| Unqualified | You define when a lead should be considered unqualified. |
| Postponed | When the lead indicates they want to be contacted later. |
Other transitions are automatic:
- Lead: assigned when a sales link is sent.
- Open: assigned when the business starts the conversation and there is no reply yet. Switches to Discovering as soon as the lead replies.
- Lost: assigned after 24 h with no messages from the lead. Goes back to Discovering if the lead writes again.
- Unqualified: goes back to Discovering if the lead writes again.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Use recognizable names: “30-min demo booking” is better than “Link 1”.
- In Sales Instructions specify the moment, the lead profile, and the signal that should trigger sending.
- Have one sales link per business goal: bookings, purchase, form, etc. Avoid duplicates.
- Assign each sales link only to the AI agents where it makes sense.
- If you use automatic booking, test the integration before leaving it in the hands of real leads.
