Zero Assistant (formerly GPT)
What it is
Section titled “What it is”Zero is the assistant built into the ZeroChats panel. It replaces the old GPT page (Advanced Reports): everything GPT did —asking in plain language about your objections, your close rates or the profile of who buys— you now ask Zero, and it can also do things for you.
Open it from Zero Assistant in the sidebar. You can also reach it from the search bar at the top (Ctrl+K, or ⌘K on Mac), with Ask Zero. If you had the old GPT page bookmarked, the link now takes you to Statistics with Zero open.
What you can ask
Section titled “What you can ask”- Questions about ZeroChats: how an option works, where a setting is or what’s new.
- Your numbers: Statistics, Performance and Benchmark, charts and the weekly report, with the same figures you see on those pages.
- Leads: find them with the CRM filters, change their state and manage their tags.
- Messages: write to a specific lead. Before sending anything, Zero shows you the text and who it’s for, and waits for you to confirm.
- Your AI agent: change its instructions, contents, sales links and follow-ups. It tests every change in the simulator before calling it done.
- Weekly email report: turn it on, change the day, the time and who receives it, or turn it off.
- Support: open a ticket for you when something isn’t working.
You can attach images (a screenshot of what you’re seeing, for example), dictate by voice and pick up past conversations in History.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Open Zero Assistant in the sidebar.
- Write what you need the way you’d ask a teammate: “objections from last week”, “tag the leads who asked about the cost with Price”, “send me the weekly report on Mondays at 9”.
- While it works, Zero shows you which step it’s on. When it changes something, the page behind it refreshes on its own.
Questions that work well:
- “Objections from last week”
- “Lead→client rate over the last 30 days”
- “What kind of lead usually buys?”
- “Compare this week with last week”
- “Make a chart of leads by state in September”
- “How am I doing against businesses like mine?”
Technical considerations
Section titled “Technical considerations”- It only sees the business you’re in. It never mixes information across businesses, even if you have several in the same account.
- It respects your permissions. If a business was shared with you, Zero only does what your permissions would let you do in the panel.
- Messages to leads follow Meta’s rules. Zero sends through the same path as the panel chat, so the same windows apply: after 24 h from the lead’s last message, only messages that answer their conversation, and after 7 days you can no longer write from ZeroChats. See After 7 days, you write from Instagram.
- Very large requests may go unanswered. If you ask in one go for something that affects hundreds of leads, or many simulations in a row, split it into smaller parts.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Start with the what (objections, blockers, buyer profile) and finish with the how many (counts by state and tag). The first tells you where to look; the second gives you a number you can defend.
- Before confirming a prompt change or a send, read what Zero proposes. You can ask it to adjust it as many times as needed.
- If a figure doesn’t match Statistics, ask it which period and criterion it used: it’s almost always a difference in period or population, the same ones explained in Why don’t two numbers match?.
