Credits, plans and subscription
How credits work
Section titled “How credits work”Every complete conversation with a lead uses one credit.
- A conversation covers the entire interaction with the same lead, from the first message until it closes: it can last 2 hours or several days, include follow-ups and re-engagements, without consuming extra credits.
- The counter resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Credits per plan

If you hit the monthly limit, you can buy additional packs. Purchased credits:
- Never expire: they stay available indefinitely.
- If you don’t consume a pack during the month, the remaining credits roll over to the next month.
AI agent limit per plan
Section titled “AI agent limit per plan”- PRO: up to 2 AI agents.
- BUSINESS: unlimited agents.

Academy and free credits
Section titled “Academy and free credits”ZeroChats includes an Academy section with video tutorials organized by topic (AI agent, sales links, CRM, follow-ups, configuration, comments, statistics).
Completing lessons unlocks free credits that are added to your account.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”- Click the button with your initial in the top-right corner.
- Open Profile.
- Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
