Content — images, audio, video and links

Content is the library of files and links the AI can send to leads during a conversation. They can be product photos, audios, videos or lead magnets to improve your interactions in both replies and follow-ups.

The AI picks the right content based on the description you’ve given it and the moment of the conversation.

FieldWhat it does
NameIdentifies the content in the library. E.g. Product image, voice note, resource link.
Content typeImage, Audio, Video or Link.
Upload file / Content URLUpload the file from your computer or paste the URL if it’s a Link.
Sending InstructionsDescribe when to send it (in replies and follow-ups), which type of customer needs it and which user responses should trigger it. The AI uses this text to decide who to send it to and when.
AI agentsSelect which AI agents have access to this content.

When you’re done, Save. The content appears in the list with its assigned agents and the Edit and Delete actions.

If you have several AIs, in each content item you choose which AI agents can use it. You can select specific agents, All AI agents or use the search. This means, for example, that the support AI doesn’t have access to the sales brochure.

The Send content before messages switch controls the delivery order:

  • Enabled: the content (image, audio, link) is sent before the text messages. This is the default behavior.
  • Disabled: messages go first, then the content.
  1. It reads each content item’s Sending Instructions to understand when it fits.
  2. During the conversation, if it detects that a content item is relevant, it picks it and delivers it together with the message.
  3. ZeroChats tracks what’s been sent to each lead so the same content isn’t delivered twice.
  • Give clear names and descriptions: the AI is only as good as the Sending Instructions you write.
  • Specify the lead profile each content is aimed at and the question or signal that should trigger it.
  • Clean up the library: if a content item is no longer used, delete it so the AI isn’t confused.
  • Use the correct Content type: a PDF uploaded as an image loses quality and context.
  • Assign each content item only to the agents that actually need it.
